We collect two kinds of information through the Site. The first kind is information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name and email address (personally identifiable information” or “PII”). The second kind of information is the kind of non-personally identifiable information (“NPII”) collected and stored automatically by many websites. It includes, for example, information about your Internet service provider, IP address, operating system, type of browser, geographic location, and pages viewed on the Site. Although this information is related to you, it is not associated with your PII and cannot be linked to you personally. In addition, we have broken down this section into two categories to better explain how the Site collects your information:
If you are a Program User utilizing the Program and have created an account with us, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information. We collect and maintain all information that you provide to us in connection with the account registration process in order to help us manage your account and communicate with you as part of the Program. PII that is collected may include your name, email, phone number, address, instant messenger name, payment or bank information, alternative contact information and any other PII you may provide us as part of the Program.
Account Access. We collect and maintain your login information when you access your account in order to help us manage your account.
Reporting Information. We collect certain types of statistical and analytics information regarding the number of served advertisements and the performance of our overall Program, in order to help us optimize that performance.
Web Beacons. The Site may contain electronic images known as “web beacons” which are also sometimes called single-pixel gifs. Web beacons may be used to assist in delivering cookies, allow us to count visitors to the Site pages and to deliver services via the Site. We may also include web beacons in email messages in order to determine whether such messages have been opened and acted upon. We do not tie web beacons to any PII you submit while on our Site.
European Economic Area (“EEA”) Advertisers. To the extent you create an account with us on behalf of a business based in the EEA, we accept personal data strictly for purposes of providing your business with access to our Program (including reporting information) and for purposes of communicating with your business.
EEA Users. We do not direct or market our Site to individuals based in the EEA who are not acting on behalf of a business (“EEA Individual”). We do not knowingly receive or share any personal data, including IP addresses, belonging to EEA Individuals. If you are an EEA Individual, please do not use our Site.

We and our Related Entities require that these outside companies agree to keep confidential all information we share with them, and use the information only to perform their obligations to us.
In addition, if we go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information will likely be among the assets transferred. We also reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware though, that, despite our reasonable efforts, no security measures are impenetrable and any information transmitted to us or through the Site will be at your own risk.
